All orders qualify for $6.95 flat rate shipping under $69.99 must be under 5 Pounds of the Total Order, shipping is free with an order for more than $70.00* and under 5 Pounds. If merchandise is over 5 pounds email us for shipping price, EX: Boots are $15.00 for shipping.

Shipping to Canada starts at $10.95, depending on weight.

All “FLAT RATE SHIPPING” orders will be sent either regular US Mail, US Priority Mail. If you prefer a specific method of shipment, please specify in the NOTES/COMMENTS section at checkout.

There will be additional charges for any other shipping method.
ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY*

Most orders will be shipped within one to three business days. Provided the item is in stock, we make every attempt to provide SAME DAY SHIPPING on all orders received before 2:00 p.m. EST. In the event the item is not available for shipment in one to three business days, you will be notified by email when the item will be available to ship.

While we keep 1,000’s of these items in stock, due to the large variety of sizes and styles, some of these products will be ordered from the manufacturer. We have arrangements with most manufacturers to ship to us the same day as we place the order. Please allow 7-14 days to ship from our store.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing you with the shipping date and a tracking number. You may then follow the progress of your package at www.USPS.com.

We will provide USPS with your special instructions. However, we cannot promise that they will follow the notations. USPS deliver on their schedules, even when asked to deliver at a specific time of day.

We are located in West Melbourne, Florida. Depending on your delivery location, standard shipping time is 7-14 business days.

(2ND DAY & OVERNIGHT)

  • We use USPS (Post Office) to ship Overnight and 2nd Day
  • Not all items are available for expedited shipping.
  • We do not ship to overseas at all.
  • If the item you requested is not available for expedited shipping, i.e., out of stock or custom order, you will be notified of the first available shipment date. At that point, you will be given the option to keep your expedited shipping selection for when the item does become available for shipment or change to regular ground shipping.
  • If you order multiple items on one order, all may not be available for Overnight Shipping. We will notify you of which items are available to ship immediately and discuss shipment methods for the remainder of your order.
  • If the items in your order are too heavy or oversized, the 2nd Day and Overnight charges may be higher than the flat rate charges listed at check-out. You will be notified and asked for approval of the higher charges prior to shipping.
  • USPS Overnight and 2nd Day Shipping only include business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Overnight orders received on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Second Day orders received on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. If you need a package delivered on a Saturday, please email or call us to find out whether that service is available in your area and its associated costs.

Hawaii and Alaska: Most orders to these areas will be sent US Priority Mail. Orders over four pounds will incur extra shipping charges. Please call, email or make a note in your order for 2nd Day and Overnight shipping rates to these areas.

TRYING ON YOUR PRODUCTS

You may try on an item for fit, but it may not be worn, and the original tags must be attached if they were included with your products. We suggest that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on the items. We will not accept returns or issue refunds on items that have been worn, washed, have the tags removed, stained, pet hair, smell of smoke or heavy perfume, or damaged in any way.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/PACKING ERRORS

If an item is received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). We will replace any damaged or defective merchandise or refund your money for the damaged item in your order. In the rare instance when we mistakenly ship you the wrong product or the product has a factory defect, simply contact us. We will send you via US Mail a pre-paid shipping label so you may return the item.

HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE REFUND POLICY:

Any merchandise titled Holiday Merchandise is NOT-RETURNABLE, FINAL SALE. For the simple fact we cannot resell it in the store after the holiday nor can it be returned to the manufacturer. Ex:Christmas, Halloween.

SPECIAL ORDERS: This means that if you place an order for an item that is listed on the website out of stock, and we will consider this a special order.

CANCELLED ORDERS: There will be a cancellation fee of 20% of the value of the order.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued for the price of the returned product to the method of payment used for the original purchase. SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDED Please allow 1-2 weeks for the full process of your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your exchange has been shipped or when the refund has been issued.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 10-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, undamaged merchandise within 10 days(1). If you would like to return or exchange a product, we will gladly exchange the item for another size or refund your money.

1) YOU MUST NOTIFY US IN WRITING BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY ITEM.

(EXCEPTIONS – Any item with a crotch, such as panties or panty girdles, BODYWRAP, Adhesive bras, silicone breast forms, ect or custom made or dyed items cannot be returned or refunded.)

SPECIAL OCCASION GOWNS & BRIDAL BRAS &ACCESSORIES, COSTUMES, ARE NOT RETURNABLE! includes, Bridal-Prom-Homecoming-Mothers, ect. As the items are done as special orders and can not be sent back to the manufacturer.

PACKAGING:

Please make sure all tags and manufacturer’s boxes are exactly how they were shipped to you. The items were carefully packed to protect their packaging, wires, shape, etc. Be sure to pack the product to protect the original box and contents during shipment. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect-resalable, condition never be worn, smell of smoke or animal in order to be replaced or refunded. If the original packaging is damaged when returned we will either not accept the package or assess a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion.

RESHIPPING CHARGES FOR EXCHANGES

Exchanges will incur a normal shipping charge to you which is at least $6.95, we will inform you at the time of exchange how much the shipping will be. We will take the credit card over the phone to pay for the shipping pior to us shipping the item back to you.
